Contra Costa County

Contra Costa County has approved a framework for future commercial cannabis businesses to operate in the unincorporated areas of the county. Many of the cities within Contra Costa County have current moratoriums around commercial cannabis so the opportunity to operate in the unincorporated areas of the county has potential to make a big impact. They are allowing outdoor cultivation, which is harder to come by, and currently have no additional equity program. They will be opening the application process after they vote on the cannabis tax structure this fall in November. We will be updating this site as the city releases more information but if you are interested in submitting a complete and competitive application for a commercial cannabis business in San Luis Obispo, please contact us using the form below.
